What is the Kingdom Career Readiness Workshop All About?

Our career readiness workshop is a 2-day virtual event for students to complete over a weekend. It’s designed to teach students a biblically-based framework for making important decisions. In the process, your child gains clarity in their character and the career paths that would be the best fit for how God designed them.

This workshop is not therapy, coaching, or a personality diagnosis. It’s a structured, faith-based framework that teaches students how to think clearly and create an action plan for the future!

About the Instructor

After high school, Martin spent six years jumping between trade schools and universities, changing majors, and ultimately graduating with a degree he never used.

He graduated with tens of thousands of dollars in student loan debt and started adult life years behind his peers. Over time, he realized his experience wasn’t unique — it was predictable because school doesn't teach students how to align their God-given talents with career opportunities. That experience became the foundation for Kingdom Careers.

Over the past 15 years Martin held several senior leadership roles, ran companies and continues to create community service opportunities. His book, The Kingdom Blueprint, will be sent to every student who completes the workshop!
